Tent Parties take Sleep Over parties to a whole different level!! With Full Service Tent Party bookings we even do the set up and take down for you! What is a Tent Party? A Tent Party is an epic twist on the slumber party! Each party goer gets their own "tent" for the night complete with accessories to make it even more special. It isn't just for children! How cool would it be to book our Camping Adventure for the whole family?! An indoor camping experience when it's just not camping weather outside yet.
Are Tent Parties only for children? No! Though kids parties are our biggest booking, our air mattresses are twin sized (39" x 75") and have a 300lb capacity. So, you can join your kids on an Outdoor Adventure or a trip to Hogwarts, OR, you can have us create the perfect girls night, bachelorette, games night or almost any other theme you can think of.
How long do we get the Tent Party rental equipment for? A typical Tent Party is usually set up between noon and 4pm and until the following day when we pick it up which is usually done between noon and 2pm. Times can vary depending on amount of set ups that day, venue availability and time needed to set up. Times will be set when booking your party.
How do I book a Tent Party? Once you have chosen the date, number of guests and the theme you want, click Contact Us and together we will book your party.
What are your current themes? We have chosen "stock themes" that we think will be popular and those themes can be found by clicking the link above the FAQ section.
What if I can't find the Theme I want? No problem! We do offer set themes but because of our huge inventory of bedding and accessories we are able to put together most themes that aren't part of our stock images. Simply reach out to us and let us know what theme you were hoping for and we will do our very best to accommodate your request!
What if you don't have the date I need? Unfortunately, this can happen as even though we can book multiple parties per day, we do not have an endless supply of tents and there are only so many hours in the day for set ups. We know it can be disappointing but we hope that the next day we have available will still work for you. It really is worth the wait!
What is a Full Service Party? Booking a "Full Service" tent party means that we will take care of the complete set up of our rental equipment, along with any add-on keepsakes you may have purchased. We set up a time the day of the party and come in and create our magic so you don't have to. We also come back at a set time the next day to disassemble and remove the rental equipment that we set up. It doesn't get much easier than that!
What is a DIY Party? Like the Full Service party, we will set up a time with you for us to drop off the rental equipment, along with any add-on purchases you may have made as well as a set time the following day for us to pick up the disassembled equipment. However, unlike the Full Service party, the rental equipment along with any add-on purchases is set up and disassembled by the client not by The Party Emporium. This option does offer the client a lower cost on the rental portion of the party because we are not setting it up for you.
What is the cost to rent a Tent Party ? Our Tent Party pricing is based on the number of tents that are being booked. Please click on the link above for our price list. It also will show you what items are included in your rental.
How do I know how many tents will fit? Each of our tents require a space that is 47" wide by 75" long...so roughly 4 feet by 6.25 feet per tent. We encourage clients to double measure and take into account that we will not set up tents beside a heat source such as a baseboard heater and that you will want somewhat of a path between the tents so be sure to allow for that extra space. We do not refund if the tents don't fit and, more importantly, you want to be sure you have enough room for all of the invited guests.
I see you offer Add-ons for purchase. Will my party still be amazing without buying add-ons? Yes!! We have created each of our tent party themes to include everything needed to have an incredible party. We offer these items as an option to elevate an already amazing experience.
Is the list of Add-ons all you have to offer as keepsakes? No. We are always sourcing extra things to add to themes and so the list is always changing. When booking your party , if you are interested in adding on to your already epic party, we will let you know what items we have in stock that goes with your specific theme. Booking your party early also allows us to source items for theme requests outside of our stock themes.
Can we purchase your Add-ons if we aren't booking a party? Unfortunately, no. We spend a lot of time procuring the coolest items we can find for our party themes and sometimes we have a very limited amount of specific items and can't reorder so we keep these items for booked parties only.
Do you provide actual Spa services for the SPA party, like manicures/pedicures? No. We are strictly a party rental and decorating company. We provide the client with the spa themed rental equipment which includes a foot basin* and also a complimentary bath bomb* (1 per tent). We do not fill/empty the basins with water, this is the client's responsibility.
